Here we will provide a list of our approved insurance carriers.

Cigna, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Aetna, Beech Street, PHCS, Allstate, Gieco, Farmers, United Healthcare, John Alden, Boone Chapman, Medicare, Medicare Supplements and more.

We are on all auto accident insurances and most workers compensation carrier lists. We have been dealing with insurance companies for over 20 years.

If you do not see your insurance company, just call us and we will verify your benefits before you come into the office.

If your insurance provider is not listed on this page, call us to see if we do accept your insurance, if not payment is due at the time the services are rendered, and you may be responsible for filing with your insurance company. Call us and if possible we shall do everything in our power to help you.

In all auto and workers compensation cases we shall file all paper work and collect 100% directly from the insurance carries. Most major medical insurance cases, we file insurance and you only pay your deductible and co-payment while we may wait for direct carrier payment. Medicare with a supplement typically pays 100%.
