Brief Paperwork
Upon entering the office, we shall have some brief
paperwork for you to fill out or you may use our "Online Forms" page. The paperwork provides us with general
information about your health.
Consultation
Once the paperwork has been completed, we will have a consultation to discuss your health, any concerns,
and potential treatment options.
History and Examination
In order to determine what your actual problem is, we will ask you questions related to your condition. Next,
a number of specialized exams may be performed to determine which tissues are affected and to what extent.
X-ray Studies
Your specific condition may require us to
take as few x-rays as possible to either rule out more serious conditions or assist us in developing the most effective treatment
plan for you.
Home Instructions
Prior to leaving, some patients will be given instructions on certain activities or procedures to be conducted
at home. This may include ice or heat application instructions, avoidance of certain activities or positions, as well as home
exercises, yoga, nutritional suppliments and/or stretches. We may recommend a new bed for you.
Schedule Your Next Appointment
You will be given a convenient
appointment time for your next visit. Generally speaking, patients are seen within 1-2 days and are provided with a complete
report of findings. Treatment options for your condition will also be discussed and recommended during this time. We
shall be happy to answer any questions that you may have at this time.
